Is there a way to have your own comments or thoughts attach to the scripture it pertains to--like the Commentaries do?
The Journal notes, study notes and topic notes don't seem to change if I go to another scripture--Unless I don't know how to use them properly.

Does this site (and the module Installer) support E Sword X. I would like to download to my MAC. First time user of E Sword. I really need help getting to know this system (E Sword). So far very disappointed
When I started e-Sword today, it was back to a default installation with just KJV. All my additional Bibles and commentaries that I previously downloaded or purchased are not available. I searched my drive and found all the additional Bibles and commentary in AppData\Local in Windows 10. How do I get e-Sword to re-connect to them? And why did it loose the link in the first place? Your help is appreciated.

I have the Accurate New Testament that has Strong's numbers for the Alexandrian text type.
but it is NT only, so I am looking for an Alexandrian Old testament in english with Strong's Numbers, does that exist?
I used compare mode having the ANT but was looking up an OT reference and it said NT only
so I am wanting an Alexandrian OT with Strong's numbers so I will have it in my tabs to use for comparing the ANT for the NT and ??? for the OT so that when I do a compare I will have the Alexandrian text for either or.

I am looking for an english version of the leningrad codex, not having much luck. non masoretic.
I know what Hebrew and Greek look like and that is about it, I do not know or read either.
I would love to have in E-sword but a pdf or rtf will do.
I found one pdf but words are missing like in Genesis 1:1 the word create is not there, and I am assuming that will be a constant theme throughout the text.

Previously, I used the HotKey's macro function to copy the scripture references in the selected Bible translation that were available in e-Sword (e.g. ESV). However, something happened and now the scripture references display KJV. Please see attached image. Any clues on the reason would be appreciated.

Hey Guy's it's me again.
over the years that I have been using E-sword, I have collected bibles from various places, sometimes they are in zipped format, other are instaler.exe and others are just the BBLX file.
anyway I am going through them one by using the tab renamer, and right now in my BBLX folder there are 3 Good News Bibles of different sizes, I would like to just have but 1, my instinct is to keep the biggest file and ditch the other 2.
Have you guys dealt with this and is there a one size fits all solution?

Hey Guys.
So I have version 7.xx with tons of stuff for it, I just installed it and go it back up and going, and it starts up 3 times faster than version 11 that I currently like to run.
I have backup directories of both versions, where I copied the program files E-sword directory and the documents E-sword directory.
I have tried swapping out the directories but if I have version 11 installed and try swapping the installer for version 11 comes up and fixes my version 7 to version 11.
is there a way that I can run both without having to uninstall/reinstall to get either to work right?
I have things in each one that the other does not have, and I like both both, I am a collector, when E-sword 7 was still current I collected most everything I could for it, I have done the same for 9xx

I have the the New American Standard+ bible in E-sword 11.06, it has both the Greek and Hebrew Strong's numbers, in the bible section if I click on a Greek or Hebrew number it will bring it up in Strong's, Thayers, Vines etc... but no balloon, but if I am doing a compare among the bibles, then the tool-tip balloon works just fine hovering over a number.
it works great in compare but not if the bible is open by itself, I have to click on the number to bring it up.

When I enable the dictionary topics by clicking on the button, it causes the application to hang for a few seconds.
Firstly, there's a delay, then the screen resolution seems to change to a different format, then the list appears and works normally.
Also, if I swap to a different dictionary while the topic list is still open, the same thing happens. It makes navigation a pain.
I tried to attach a video of the strange occurrence, but the forum won't allow it.
The PC is fast, has a decent graphics card and 16Gb of memory, so it's not a resources issue. All other software works fine during the E-Sword freeze.

I sure would like to get it on e-sword as I don't seem to have the ability to get my previous e-sword copy back. Cannot find my old email of 2006 purchasing NIV 1984 nor do i remember the email.
At any rate, I would like to figure out how to create my own module. Is there anyone who could help me? Thank you.
